SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING IN STUDENT SUCCESS
Student success is a central priority at the University of Connecticut and a shared responsibility across campuses, academic departments, student life and support services, enrollment management, and graduate education. UConn approaches student success holistically, centering the full student lifecycle, from early college and transition through graduation, rather than focusing on individual programs in isolation.
By serving as a coordination hub where data, practice, and partnerships come together, the university aligns strategies across units and campuses to support retention, graduation, social mobility, accessibility, and a high-quality student experience. This work is grounded in national best practices and emphasizes integrated advising, academic support, high-impact practices, and a strong commitment to equity.
We invite you to explore the current student success initiatives underway at UConn to learn more about how this work is being advanced across the university.
